I have a question about the ship costumes for the Admiral level ships...
Does buying the costume unlock that class of ship in the game, or do I have to "buy" (with dilithium or a token) that class of ship to be able to use the costume parts?
For example, I have a Science captain whose endgame ship an RSV... if I bought the Maelstrom costume, would he get a "free" Fleet Escort, or does he have to buy a Fleet Escort first before he can use the Maelstrom parts?
