congrats to murphy.

i do think that a few less well known authors need to be highlighted as many of the recent ones have been authors who are already well known and well highlighted in podcasts and on the forums.

i know these are safe bets and easy to find (and its in cryptic's best interest to highlight awesome missions) but I would like to see some less well known missions by less famous authors get their chance in the spotlight.

Congrats to Admiral Murphy, definitely one of the great Foundry luminaries.

I agree that it would be nice to see some unknown authors get this recognition, this still isn't a mission I've heard of, which is great, and Murphy is certainly as deserving as any of us.

why do they keep promoting the foundry when everbody blatanly tells cryptic we want content not fluff or a quick fix thats all it really is. i mean its nice and all but it doesnt replace "reall" content

So the hard work done by players, in our spare time, for no compensation other than tips should just be ignored?

Not everyone shares your priorities. You want to know why they're promoting the Foundry, because players asked them to, loudly and repeatedly.

The Foundry is also an ideal place for standalone missions that don't directly tie in to the STO storyline. Pretty much all of Cryptic's set-piece missions are tied into some larger story arc. (Granted, so are many Foundry missions, such as my own, but still...)

Congrats Admiral Murphy. I liked this one the only complaint I had was that there was no ground battles and far to many space battles

It is. Pity many of us can;t get access to it still.
