For me anyway what I like about Star Trek is that inside the Federation everyone has a chance. You are included not who or what you are or what issues you face. You are given the choice and freedom to develop as you want. You are given the chance to be educated in current understandings of the universe and expand that understanding or use that understanding to create something new. All of this In whatever field of work that you desire.
Star Trek by it's very nature is not only understanding of diversity. It actively welcomes it and I've been able to make some great friends here.
and i was just thinking of this, some people says that video games do good things for them, maybe its true we will never know but, how medicine and doctors are today with having to patients to come back and back for more so they can get their money from the patients i think is really sad. But how i see it if the video games keeps the person safe and not sick anymore then so be it, if it works it works.
