All I can say is..........IT'S ABOUT TIME! But to be far WB did try before, but the plan fell apart, but with The Avengers making soooooo much money at the box offices, and soon to be DvD/ Blueray sales, WB will push this project out the box quickly.

Now the biggest question is. Who will play in the roles of the Justice League members?

1. Superman?

2. Batman?

3. Wonder Woman?

4. Green Lantern?

5. Flash?

And will we see the Martian Manhunter John?

Yes, I know it's still to early, seeing how the movie is still being written, but if your doing a JL movie, you need these guys as your core group.

What do you guys think?

I think part of the reason Avengers worked so well is because they spent the stand alone films setting up the characters, universe and storyline. While these DC characters are well known, I think for this film to be as successful as Avengers, they need at least one film for each main character to set them up in this continuity.

Although if they do just go straight to the JL film, it would be interesting to see how they are done. Personally, I'm all for Tom Welling to play Superman. Or even the guy from Superman returns. As for Batman.... not Bale. I don't see his Batman working with the team.

It'll probably go better if they Title it "Batman and Friends" seeing how of late, he's the only one who's making a profit in the theaters for the WB and DC folks

I say with the part of superman, if they don't use the current guy in the new movie, then go with one of the following guys.

1. Dean Cain

2. Brandon Routh

3. Tom Welling

Historicly Batman is off the team more often than on. Superman too. This is mostly because both characters are really difficult to write as part of a team. In the case of Batman it is because his best abilities are all behind the scenes and in the case of superman, because his tend to overshadow those of everyone else. Same problem with the Flash.

When any of those are on the team they end up getting downplayed a lot, or there will be make-work scense for Batman where the rest of the team is disabled or where someone else sets a shot up for him to make Bats look more 'super.'
