Recently I purchased 2000Cpoints using the Virtual Cryptic Point Cards and as soon as the transaction was completed my sister removed her billing information from the account. I went back to my dashboard expecting to see the code still there and found nothing. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

In all honesty, that's a billing issue. That needs a support ticket.

Most companies won;t discuss billing concerns in a public forum.

For both security and privacy issues, they can not, and should not go into theese kinds of discussions and/or help on a forum.
