Ok, someone tell me if I've got this straight: your stipend date should be the same as the date you were first billed for your subscription(meaning, after your free 30 days were up). Unless you later bought a LTS, in which case that date becomes your stipend date.
However, I bought my LTS before launch, meaning I never had any other subscription. On my account page it says active for 866 days, so using a date subtraction calculator that gave me the date of 1/21/10. So my stipend date should be around the 21st of every month?
Well so much for this theory. I log in today and seem to have 400 more CPs, so I guess either today or yesterday was my date O.o
Nagus, can you file a ticket instead of publicizing your account issues publicly? With all respect of course. There's no need for a thread, especially in this sub forum.
Considering all the folks who have also posted in this thread concerning this issue and the fact that this isn't the first time this particular issue has been brought up "here"...,
I don't really see a problem in TGN asking again in this public forum.
Until Cryptic sees fit to give us some way to actually keep track of your monthly stipend Officially (beside counting the days and keeping track everyday, of our total CP's) this will most likely keep popping up "here" from other players.
I don't know if this is just me but I know I had a stiepend of 800 STO CP sitting in my account, when I went to get 5000CP thoughs 800 went. I want them back please (otherwise as a lifer I'm losing out....)!
I haven't even been getting my stipend, despite multiple tickets on the subject, nothing has happened to help me get my stipend for the last two months now...Another reason I am sick of Cryptic and PWE...
Interestingly, I think something similar happened to me. That is, I thought I had X number of CPs, then I made a purchase, and afterwards I had less than I should have. However, I am not certain of this, so I cant really make any complaints.
