On a STO/pvp note just because you were blown up doesn’t make the opponent a cheater or exploit user. Calling such a player that is becoming a badge of honor .

Boy I do hope a player with a false report doesn't get nabbed and placed in there....

I love being called a cheater.

However, it's also terrifying at the same time. If Cryptic were to adopt such a model, I'm scared that one of those hollow insults/threats to report me would actually go through and a GM would make a mistake and basically ruin this game for me. And with a "penalty box" system, I have a feeling people would start reporting in an attempt to get the better people removed from the game so that they can captain kirk their way through pvp.
