Every federation ship have in your bridge a golden plate, with some quote or tribute for someone or something.

As sugestion: with a real small amount of c-points (10 or 25 points) a player can add or change for one time the text of this golden plate, to leave any personal, RP or something in mind in this plate in an individual ship.

I assume you mean the dedication plaque?
IIRC they were going to do something like that when the game was in beta, some of the bridges even had an empty space for a plaque, but they couldn't figure out how to code it properly.
