Our Customer Service team will be able to assist -- please submit a ticket at support.perfectworld.com (make sure to include your in-game @handle) or email in directly to email@example.com. They'll be able to help sort this out and get you back in-game
As a suggestion I would say using the word maybe instead of "will able" I have had a problem with this linking process for 3 months now and no support on it. As well I have used ingame tickets and that email and still no viable support on the matter.
