A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I think Cryptic should bring back both of these DOFF packs, if only for a limited time, to allow us a better chance to get the purple and unique Doffs these packs offer. There will be an influx of new toons, and we should have (better) access to older DOFFs for those toons.
This would also allow for the reintroduction of additional Tuffli freighters.
