Not a hard mission, you really need to be willing to die to die, but the mobs have an incredible amount of hull points.
So, while you're trying to make the game incredibly easier, you're just making a game for tactical players only, since other careers have less dps, and tanking/debuffing abilities are useless.
What I would like to see is trading some mob hull points for more damage. It would make the instance WAY more challenging, and interesting for everyone. It's so easy that it's boring, and you don't even need to know how to play to win. And if you're really willing to allow everyone to win it without any effort, you may consider adding an elite instance, with the kind of changes i suggested. But really, all those hull points are really boring, the diffiult part is not to fall asleep while kiling a mob wichhas absolutely NO dps.
