I just checked the Klingon Fleet Base interior on tribble and entered the "bar" area. This caught my attention...

I mean, I may have a dirty mind, but considering how Orions have joined the KDF, and how this supposed to be a social area... I mean...

...you know, just add a pole...

So... which starbase Tier unlocks more bar interior "decorations"? :>

well they do have orion women... why not take advantage of their unique talent?
