As far as my record is concerned, I have been subscribed for 2 months. However, I just recently checked the "My Account" menu and noticed that my days subscribed has reset to 0 days. I'm not really sure what's going on here.

Try logging out, then logging back into the website, and see if this corrects your subscriber information.

If the problem persists, then you will need to issue a ticket to Billing to get the problem corrected...

Guess I should've added that I'm no longer subscribed anymore.
