Seems your installation broke (at least it doesn't seem driverrelated).
You can try:
Load Launcher -> click options, mark "force verify"
May work, but I guess it will just crash before verification :/
Which means: Reinstall the whole client via Webloader.
From your video, you didn't enter your user ID and password.
1. Go to http://www.perfectworld.com/ and Register a User ID, screen name and password.
2. Use the User ID and password to log in and not the screen name. My screen name for example is sandukutupu (swahili for empty box) :biggrin:
KEEP your User ID and password safe from old ladies like me who steal the young kids accounts while they sleep at night.
Personally for the speed, I used the torrent download located on that same page.
Both the Torrent and the Direct Download is working here on my end, so check your PC download folder. You might have multiple files in there with names like...
StarTrekOnline_ST.17.20120318a.9_EN (1), StarTrekOnline_ST.17.20120318a.9_EN (2), StarTrekOnline_ST.17.20120318a.9_EN (3), etc.
