# 1 Lifetime Subscription Error

I received the "Error Updating Subscription" message. However, my account was still charged, and I got no LTS. I've submitted a ticket, but I got the automated reply which tells you that they are receiving a high volume of tickets and can't reply themselves. Does anyone have any help?
