Are all of our infractions forgiven with these new PWE accounts?

Do I have a blank slate to work with? I can't find any information about my past infractions and bans, so should I assume that they've been forgiven?

They probably dont want to tell you, but the fact is people who were previously banned are posting again.

Maybe stating that was a bad idea. getting around any ban is against the game AUP/TOS, not just the forum one.

They switched to a different system. I'm sure they knew it was going to happen.

Looking at all the charset errors on the old posts, they may not have.

Well, I see the thread has a watchful eye from BranFlakes but lacks any official comment or response.

So, I guess I'll assume that there is no answer to the question. Either it hasn't been discussed or they'd just rather not admit that the mechanics are just gone, meaning that the slate has been wiped clean.

Funny, in the end, there is something positive about the new forums, at least for me, and probably the Nagus.
