I'm not seeing the point here; the armatage class is designed to be a tank it's thicker and stronger then the other classes that's why she's so strong.

2 a well built elite pvper will know that the ship is just the begining, you have to look at doffs, boffs, and a bevy of other sitchs to make a goof ship.

As a tac I have taken on and killed a many other players who outnumber me i have killed 2-3 players when my team decides to circle around the cruiser and wait for the enemy who is also doing the same thing.

It could have been a fleet version which is a powerful as the patrol escort which gets no respect even if shes the biggest and baddest thing flying. May have even had the tier 4 shield regen which is kinda wonky. Could be any number of reasons as to why a HEC out lasted you. It's all about learning mixing and matching skills to be effective.

First this is a pvp forum not pve please relocate it. Ill explain what happened next
And no the ship is not over powered he was most likely using the T4 omega rep.
You where in a non dps ship trying to deal dps... Cruisers = heal or tank
He was a pvp player and I'm guessing by your description of how it happened your a pve player.
The armatige is a hybrid style ship escort/carrier which means he was tank to begin with.
You team rather didn't have a sci officer to debuff or he wasn't a good sci officer.
He had better gear then you.
