I tried to play my Bluray Star Trek TNG 'The Next Level' in my Bluray player. I have a SAMSUNG player.

The only thing that happens is that the CBS intro comes on and then nothing. I opend the box and the disc went straight in.

Yes It's clean inside the player and the disc was not damaged n any way.

How old is the player? Might need a firmware update.

It's four years old however my Bluray drive on my PC is only a year old and I updated the drivers for it last night and still no dice. Cyberlink Power DVD can't even play it.

I got a message saying "This content required an HDMI connection". Really, you mean like my Bluray player, LOL.

I can play Star Trek (JJ's movie) no problem at all.

Oh well, anyone want to buy my copy?

Didn't realize BluRay players were so touchy.
