Duty Officers:
Energy Weapons Officers updated:
Recharge reduction amounts have been reduced to 5/10/15/20 sec.
To help compensate for this, we've increased the proc chance from 20% to 25% on activation on all qualities.
"Deport Colonists to Imperial Perimeter" will now appear with the intended reliability
All Flight Deck officer variants now stack with others of the same quality.
Security officers' Crit enhancement now applies to melee attacks made by Bridge Officers.
