Ive yet to meet someone who has this so I must ask:


1- What is the re-use timer on it?
2- Does it reset other missile BOFF skills? (aka High Yield/Spread)?
3- Can it be used on any ship?
4- What is its range? (5km? 10km?)
5- Is it affected by warhead consoles? (generic kinetic damage type tac console)
6- can one own more than 1 of these (I know you cant load more than 1 in a ship)

No, but it can be buffed by them.
3- Can it be used on any ship?
As far as I know yes, I have used it on my ship and my fighter (Which against other small craft I have found to be useful thanks to the 180 firing arc and fast firing.
4- What is its range? (5km? 10km?)
10km.

I tried today with 3 [Console - Tactical - Warhead Yield Chamber Mk XI] and it was buffed by them. The 2 part KHG set bonus to kinetic dmg also applies, D'Kora Battle mode also slightly buffs them.
6- can one own more than 1 of these (I know you cant load more than 1 in a ship)
Not entirely sure as I would'nt want to buy more than one myself, but the tooltip does not label them as unique so I would assume that yes you can.

It's not a very powerful weapon, but it does have high dps thanks to its low recahrge rate.

I equiped the warhead consoles and took a screenie with the missile launchers tooltip and a its info from my powers menu on the left. You can find the screenshot here.

Thanks for the info and screenie. It helps a lot.

I'm trying to decide whether to buy a B'rel retrofit or the Armitage as my torpedo ship.

With the Armitage I could have 2 photons, 1 ferengi missile, 1 harpeng up front and access to omega3 plus spread 3 and 2..and the photon point defense plus the other ferengi +11% torp damage console of course. Kitted up it should do serious damage. Im not sure how hard the peregrine/shuttle pet torpedos hit.

The Brel oth, would get 2 quantums, bioneural and ferengi missile, kdf kit +20% torp damage, the ferengi torp dmg console (=+33%) and omega 3+1 plus high yield (or spread) 3 and 2... and the isometric charge. Big bada boom from cloak.

hmmm decisions...


plus i need to figure out how to get lobi. darn lockboxes are not an option. ><

For that, I would reccomend making a new thread so people can see it by title, there players wiser than I to advise on that.

Edit, And as for the lobi, only way to get it would be to save ec to buy master keys and lockboxes but that could take a while, if you are going torp build the console from the set which boosts torp damage may be more useful to you.

The item description (right click -> info) specifically says that they are NOT Buffed by BO skills

The item description also says that only one of these can be equipped on a ship, so even though you can purchase more then one from the Lobi store, (so you could equip more then one ship simultaneously), you could simply just transfer the weapon system from ship to ship, so whats the point of making a redundant and very expensive purchase???

The missiles do complement the Ferengi Concentrated Tachyon Mine system from the Lobi Store, which with a good solid mine cluster hit, can strip the shields off a Borg Cube (and only a 20 second cool-down between mine cluster deployment...)

Before buffs.
With torp spread 3.
With high yield torp 3.

i love using torp spread 2 with the missiles, it has a 180 front arc so it'll reach out and touch a bunch of people all at once.
