Both items are stuck in my inventory without being able to remove them

Knowing that this is a support forum, I;d normally ask you to tell us what you've done to delete them just to make sure you;re doing it right but I got crap for doing so last time.

Tholian Shut down codes, science reports and crystal shards are bound, can't be discarded or sold.
They stay in inventory after leaving the mission zone so given enough missions will fill inventory.
