Now. What is this?
The short version is it's a starbase management template.
The longer version:
I was named one of the starbase experts and asked to take on starbase management by my fleet. They were attempting to do doff tracking by trying to do a live inventory of all the doffs in the fleet. This poses a inventory problem just by how fluid players doff rosters are. One of the requirements of the leaders was that they were to get reports on starbase progress.
I needed a way to anticipate the resources we needed for base progression and tracking of said resources. So I opted to create a merged document that combines all three attempts into one. This allows me to track projects, allows me to antipcate the doffs we'll need (biggest road block being doffs, second being marks) and let the fleet know what to save up, and gives everyone at a glance information on the starbase for reporting purposes.
Why am I putting this out there?
I was initally keeping this private for myself, but it started getting shown to more and more people with positive comments. And because I've yet to see anything else like this out there for a fleet to use. However.. The data in it is only as accurate as the current progression our starbase has. It's incomplete.
I'm putting it out there for other fleets to use, and to hopefully fill in the missing data due to the not so subtle massive patch that was pushed out today that's a very strong hint about S6 going live soon.
Frankly the only tier on the spreadsheet that's the most accurate is Tier 1. There have been changes that are no longer accurate for T0 and our base is not yet a T2 so I have no data past there.

If people would be so kind to post as much information on the projects that are missing or inaccurate in this thread, or by PM so I can update.

In getting the community's assistance, I freely allow any fleet to take a copy of this spreadsheet for their own use. If you want a copy emailed to you send me a PM. I highly recommend waiting until the data is filled out better.

It appears I did forget to mention about the tabs at the bottom.
They're mostly self explanatory other than the front overall tab doesn't have the extra tiers linked to it yet, and tiers 2-5 are mostly a copy of tier 1 for a holding template to be filled in later. Don't take those 3 all that seriously yet.
I won't be sharing my @handle just yet (aside from the might mod hammer fears) as I did create this for my own personal use first and foremost. I'm not really looking for any sort of fame or fancy loot.
That said... If for some reason cryptic decides to do a complete 180 on the projects, or starts adding a ton of new ones that I have to keep up with I may share it just so that I can get more people to assit me with inputting data.
I'd ideally like any info that any bases that progress faster than ours are willing to share, but this document will be updated as my fleet itself unlocks new projects. We're a mid sized fleet so we SHOULD get a decent pace going but some of the larger ones should pass us by after a few weeks.
Having just completed the shipyard and beginning work on Tier 1 proper, I can say that the 750 starbase military XP are actually only 500. Also, there is a "Basic Fleet Ship Provisioning" mission that takes only 30 minutes, but requires a whopping 200k dilithium to start to obtain 5 fleet ship provisions. Good for when you don't want to wait for 20hrs, but still...I'd rather wait, lol. Also, the upgrade to Tier 1 grants 1.5k to each XP category.
Filled in the missing data for some of the science upgrades, added the basic ship provisions mentioned as well as the science one that my fleet ran into, and added a new tab called conversion rates that's got a running list of what i've currently seen for item to fleet credit values.
