It is increasingly difficult to gather a team in one spot using the map transfer tool. Its simply not enough for the automatic transfer tool to function if all are in the same instance.
Perhaps allowing the team leader to pull others to their instance - when they move instance would help bringing people to an instance before all the spots are full?
