The Lobi Store Tachyokinetic Converter console used to have two Flight Turn Rate Modifiers, it looks like one of them is now missing, perhaps it's due to the new upgrades, see images below:

From my understanding, the Converter only applied one of the turn rate modifiers to begin with. The second one is merely a typo...

Someone just copy/pasted a wee bit too much, and that oversight was evidently corrected with this patch.

Yep, I've tested this myself previously - the second modifier was, and always has been, a typo...

It is common sense dude, why to put 2 turn rate modifiers?? obviously one of em is a typo. I always thought that when i first saw the console specs. At least they fixed that.. o.O
