A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
The exchange window incorrectly displays the rarity one step below what you are searching for in the label on the search results. The results are of the correct rarity, just the label is wrong. For example if you search for Rare it displays Uncommon, if you search for Uncommon, it displays Common on the label in search results. Not a major bug because the items are of the correct rarity, just the wrong label displayed.
