I just finished this mission and their a couple locations that Romulan ship did not spawn to be rescued. Tholian ships spawned and their was the icon telling you what the Romulan ship should be. This is first time I ever saw no Romulan ships spawn before.

had that happen as well, also had the tholians not warp out at all as well. then the spot never reset.

So many game breaking bugs cropping up, yet, I'm sure they'll look at the metrics and call it good.
