When i try to start the game, it stucks at the loading screen forever. All i can do is start the game via safemode (that always works) but then i have to raise my graphic settings every time.

This is not the first time for me. Last time, i reinstalled the game but that takes quite long and i dont want to do it over and over again without knowing the reason. Any help?

Have you tried starting the game in 'Administrator' mode???

But they are doing a new patch could that be the problem or not?

checked before the patch, checked after the patch, nothing changed. adminmode doesnt change anything, too
