Ever since the patch I can not log into the game. The login works but its crashes at the load screen everytoime then locks up my ability to patch the system. And the crash message causes the system to not be able to log in again until i restart my computer. I try verifying the game files but that doesnt help. This really sucks.

You have an errors.log file in your root of the "Star Trek Online" directory or right above it. Can you look in there and see what you see please?

When it starts to load at the cryptic screen it crashs and i gets a fatal error box that says


Fatal Error decompressing data. I tried verifying files but that doesn't work either.
