...so I would like to know why the Atrox was omitted from the fleet ship list? It just makes me curious.

And I don't do that. I am just asking why it was not done.

Possible explanations include (but are certainly not limited to) legal issues, strategic plans on the role of foreign-species ships in Starfleet, or another Starfleet full carrier coming up that will fill the role... or it could be simply an oversight, or whatever.
