***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

I don't play for a while and when I log in my account is inactive and my toons all gone how do I get them back?

^^repeat this a few times. your toons are of relaxing on risa while you were doing other stuff and have to be recalled to duty. some are a bit reluctant to give up all that Jamaharon

(or more boringly they have been transferred to backup storage. relogging a few times should return them to holodeck)
