So whats the best build for my standard Galaxy class, as a Captain lvl 33.

Right now I have 2 quantum launchers and two phaser arreys fore, and 1 quantom and 2 phasers aft.

I have two tactical cosols that give 20% more phaser damage, I have about 7000 shield, some 41 0000 hull, I do about 700 phaser damage(550dps) (for all my phasers) I do about 4500 kenetic for my quantums.

Since the galaxy only have liutenant tactical, I'm kinda limited to offensive buffs and attacks.

Also is the tactical refit woth the 1500ZEN, the only advantage I see in it is one more science station.

The refit is among the lowest dps cruisers in the game. I find i can do better in a Galaxy-r than a sovvie playing as an engineer. Its whether you want to drop cash on what people feel is a prize pig.

Don;t let people put you off she is not as under powered as most people would have you think

Disagree. DBBs suck on cruisers with bad turn rates. Replace it with a standard beam array.

Personally I would ditch the rear torp too and go for another beam array. Broadside and get them all firing.

Pretty much agree with this, the Galaxy was always great for broadsiding so I would run 3 beam arrays fore and aft, with a quantum launcher up front for when I got lucky enough to get my nose on ships with their shields down, pop high-yield 2 and let loose. Also found running 2 single cannons fore added a bit to the DPS and I would sometimes run a 2 cannon/1 beam array set up along with the torp launcher.
