I entered my bank details into my account so I can upgrade to gold. However, it will not accept my bank card now. Ever since PWE took over, I am not able to buy anything on the Zen store or upgrade my account. I used to buy alot of things from my bank card but now all the sudden I can't!


Anyway here comes the fantastic part lol.

I thought I'd do the thing like any other human being. Clicked on support, Filed a ticket...only to find out that the website has disabled or refusing to accept cookies..

So in away, I am screwed. I was going to upgrade to gold but now, I am skeptical about this whole PWE now.


I cleared all my history, removed cookies, uninstalled my browser and installed it. So far, no luck.



I sure in need help haha.

You really should be posting this in the PWE support forum, as PWE people seldom read this section of the STO forums...
