***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

Hi all, I can't figure out how to get my expired items back from the exchange. I get mails sent to my characters but the Take Item button is always greyed out.

Can anyone give me a nudge in the right direction please?

Visit a mail terminal at one of the hubs like ESD or DS9. You can do it at one of those.
