Is anyone else experiencing lag while moving items and EC both into and out of your fleet bank?

At the moment I can drag something from my inventory into the bank and it won't visibly move. I can then grab another item, and drag that as well with no visible clue it's actually been moved. Sometimes the items get stuck for up to half a minute before moving, and then all the queued item movements will move at once.

Even EC lags, on ESD it got to the point this morning where I withdrew some money at the bank, closed the bank window, left the bank console, and was actually standing at the exchange when the EC finally went into my personal balance.

Been like that for a couple of weeks now.

Be careful with the ECs as there's also a couple of reports that the money disappears.
