"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Because there is no support from devs or answers in Support section I would like to ask my fellow players:
1. why I miss my off-duty slot and costume.
2. I own D'Kyr for some time but I miss my shuttle and there is none when I talk to ship vendor.
3. And why it takes too long to fix battle and normal cloak and UI alerts even they promised to fix it. They did but they broke it again.

1 - didn't they combine off-duty and on-duty costume slots ages ago? Effectively no change except to increase the flexibility you have with the old slot.
They combined the off duty slots before season 4. the off duty attire only seems to work with in that special slot with the exception of the eye patch.
As for the Klingon cloaks I am unaware of any issues and can not speak intelligently about the issue.
