A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
The Bridge officer on the Bridge of my ship sits under his console. Facing the view screen it is the officer to the Captains left at the Helm position. The bridge model being used is the free Classic looking Galaxy class bridge.
Not a life altering glitch, but it does look funny.
