I am repeatedly getting the following error at the launcher window.
Unable to Authenticate:
Couldn't even attempt account server authentication.
The ONLY solution I have found to work is a complete shutdown of the computer and a restart. This is a pain when switching characters.
This started on Saturday August 4th,2012.
The process starts after logging off and returning to the login window, and after properly entering account user name and password the above error will occur. After exiting and then restarting the launcher and entering the name and password the same error occurs again.
Like you I am getting something similar plus more! Auto Fire is not working. . And the game will Crash at any given time. .
I just relogged into the game after a crash after having restarted my computer (much like what you state above). I went into an STF (Cause it was the only thing availible); The Game crashes on me again, then when I relog once again I get a leaver Penalty.
I don't know what the Issue is with the game or it's servers, but I am up to high water with this game now. . If whatever is causing all this crashing does not get fixed or addressed I will be dropping this game.
