A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
In my testing, the Polarized Tetryons from "The New Link" do not proc at 10% rate. If anything, they proc less than 2.5%. Can anyone else confirm they are not seeing the procs at anything resembling 10%? I did 90 attack cycles before seeing a single proc using beams, so 3 (?) shots per cycle or 180 hits. The chances of that happening is near 1 in a billion. :-/ PvP against motionless <1km enemy.
Hence my request to have others test this. Seriously guys, the chances of NOT getting a proc with a 10% rate after 90 shots is .0076%. So something is really broken. Ironic part is that I did see crits about every 4th shot, which makes sense since the target wasn't moving.
Add my sample in as well, I did not get a 10% proc. with 8 weapons you would expect to see 1 proc every 2 volleys on average. Not 100 volleys and barely 1 proc.
Surly 4 front weapons should be a 40% chance to see a proc. So 1 proc every 3 vollys.
Some players see a "available on Galor/Bugship only" tag for these. I do not. I filed a /bug ticket on it, and the power that came up is "tetryon beam array" not polarized tetryon beam array.
