Started another thread on this because the existing one someone else did doesn't specify the problem in the title.

I have opened 4 boxes which I got from the hard missions, 2 vanished, nothing in them. Later I bought 15 boxes from the exchange at 350K each, out of 15 boxes only 9 opened. Cryptic you owe me some EC. SUCKS BIG TIME.

UPDATE: Since then I have won several more from the event yesterday and all of them were empty except the uncommon ones.

youreally think they care??? have you seen just how many posts they have removed over this issue its a gimic to get youto spend real money and still not get anything cause those boxes are empty too

also kinda makes me wonder if they doing it to just certian ppl as well as not everyone is complaining about it

Real money? What real money, the boxes are from Nukara (or the exchange for less than 50k each even for blue ones), they don't cost anything to open?

Tholian Lock boxes cost money to open, yes. But they're not the ones with no-content issues.

These are from the Nukara event, they do not cost real money.

I have had no issues with the lockboxes, they are working fine.

5 of my *KEY REQUIRED* boxes were empty as well as most the ones from nakura read posts before making fun of them

Anyone else notice the Tholian boxes are no longer uncommon items ? Even the 'green' boxes I stashed in the bank are now 'common inventory'.

i open almost 90 tholian boxes and get nothin same thing with ferengi box or cardasian for battle bug LOL almost 250 boxes and no bug wtf as they say "Normalized Chance" to get somethin

Are you sure they didn't end up in your overflow bag?
