I want to buy some extra character slots
but when i want to charge zen it says

* At least one of your characters must be level 10 or higher.
my current toon is lvl 50 VA??

my guy at the moment is milo knight @miloguy but here on the forum it is miloaussieguy
what do i need to do to purchase zen??

Thats because PWE wants you to play their fantasy game too... If you dont have a Perfect World lvl 10 char, you can't buy Zen... At least thats how I understand it.

False positive... Its because STO character database hasn't been integrated into the Perfect World system. You can just ignore that message and setup your account payment profile on the PWE website, then make a credit card purchase to start the card validation process. (This is what I did, and after waiting 2 business days, got my Zen...)

well, i added my credit card details etc but still have that stupid level 10 message
this is freaking not easy pw or cryptic or who ever runs the show..

I know you shouldn't have to do it this way, but you can download "Jade Dynasty" and play it to level 10 in just a few minutes. I don't know how long it will take to download due to ISP speed issues. Jade Dynasty is just plain Nasty imo and not a good game at all. In fact, you can actually stand in town and meditate your way up to level 10. The system leans on PvP over PvE and includes an auto-botting method they call Esper. I blew JD and FW off my laptop a while back because there is no challenge in playing those games.

That's beyond retarded. I'm not going to play one game just so I can spend money in another. If that's the case I just won't spend money.

What happens if you don't use a credit card, you use one of the pwe zen cards you can get at walmart or gamestop or wherever.

i looked every where in Australia, well , at least in my home town for those cards, no one has them so im stuck, unless i make another log in but what happens then if i wish to buy zen ??

just out of interest, this character has over 700,000 ec , can i transfer that to zen??

Hey Milo, Its a bug that a few players have had post forum transfer. I don't have any PWE characters other than the STO characters at cap. I don't have any problems buying Zen, but have heard other players receiving the Lv10 message.

Best thing is to submit a ticket.

ps. No, you can not convert EC to Zen. Only Dilithium to Zen via the Dilithium Exchange.
