Are you sure you're not talking about the Warfare Specialist Duty Officers? Those are different from Bridge Officers.

And if you're talking about Bridge Officers, why not just buy them from the exchange? Unless you're looking for efficient Saurians of Photonics even purples are very cheap in EC terms.

I'm not sure the 'space warfare specialist' BOFF trait even exists. wiki says it does but I've been looking for hours and have yet to find it listed on any BOFF on the exchange, tho 'efficient' does come up every now and then, and humans always have leadership.

And if you are talking about duty officer warfare specs, then once they're bound.. then they're bound and there is no way to trade them.

I think he means Veteran Bridge Officers, back when F2P came around and Emblems and Badges etc became Dilithium, some people lost out in the conversion because they had far too much to be converted so they were given Veteran Bridge Officers as compensation.

I did a quick search and there wasn't much info on them in wiki that I could see at a glance.

And no... They are not obtainable anymore... Only players who got scammed had access to them.

I spent a few marks before they where announced and lost out from getting the BOFF by 30k or so dilithium and Cryptic was sitting there telling everyone that had done the same thing as me that they lost out of the BOFF compensation.

They announced that there would be a marks to dilithium conversion and then several weeks later (after the majority had spent their marks) they announced the BOFF and few days later the conversion happened so it was impossible to farm enough marks to get it.

Didn't play STO for several months after that and I'm still pissed about it.

BUMMER: of the 3 space traits one is unobtainable, ONLY fed humans get one on every BOFF, and the KDF get one VERY RARELY on a certain species' engineer.

...And I thought my tush was only sore because I sit and surf the exchange listings looking for them.
