Costs listed in dilithium, you can get with your rank-up token. Costs listed in C-point, multiply by 1.25 to get what they cost now in Zen.

No... but pretty much all ships untill (and including) you hit RA are free apart from:

- Oberth
- NX-Class
- Excelsior
- Nebula
- Exeter
- Gladius
- Thunderchild
- Rhode Island
- TOS Connie

Looking at that second link, you can expect every ship listed with a dilithium cost (the purple crystal) to be available with a ship token.

Anywhere it says "New Ship", that means you get a Ship Token, after you complete the promotion mission. (So, every rank promotion up to Rear Admiral, Lower Half)
