Having Problems linking my cryptic an pw account, need some assitance please I got my perfect world account made but it wont link to my old cryptic account

my linking of my acounts wont work eather it tells me my pw account is allready linked to another account. i havent linked the pw account but when i try to that is what it tells me how do i fix it?
