Where is the Tholian Silk robe? I unlocked it, but I can't find it in the tailor

Edit: Nevermind, it appeared when I relogged

Hey, I'm actually a little lost. I unlocked the Tholian Silk Robe and I can't find it either. I've logged out and relogged in multiple times and i still cant find it.

Is it suppose to be under "upper"?

Can someone help me please?
