Hi, recently I have noticed I haven't been getting all my monthly Stipends added to my account. I think I've only had one in the last three or four months and I was wondering why.
Can someone look into my account please and see what is going on?
No one on the forums can really look into billing issues as that's private information.
You can reach out to the billing team at http://support.perfectworld.com ('Contact Us' tab, 'Billing' for the category drop down). If you are not able to reach the support site, please email directly to email@example.com and put "billing" in the subject line and as many details in the message as possible. Filing a ticket is always the preferred method to contact PWE as you can ensure your ticket is in the right queue via the category dropdown.
