I did send in a ticket (In game and through the forum link) and am waiting for a response, since it says my character has 71 days played time when i used the /played command I would hope they would see that as more then 20 hours I have also been leaving my character sit idle when im busy so it should be at 20 hours at least since I "Came back"

Any estimates on how long it takes to get a response on tickets? When I go to to the in game one I sent in in the "View My tickets" it says "Created 3 days ago" and status still says "New" and the one I made via the forums was posted 9/1 and still says "Unresolved" so I will guess they havent even read either yet?
