Title says it. What does the Plasmonic Leech do right now?

I want to buy the Vandal for it now that I'm decking out my Klingon Characters, but I have no clue what it does right now since it was nerfed then fixed. Or was it fixed? I have no clue. Point is, I want to know if its worth 1000zen.

The wiki article says its only +1 to power settings. Is that information accurate now?

+1 stacking up to about +16.

Its 1 console doing the job of 16 consoles.

Indeed that console is definatly worth it it is by far the best console in the game (borg is really good to), some consider it cheating though, but hey what is the Jem'Hadar ship for then (Bug Ship).

I too thought it was only a +1 and wasn't worth it, thanks for informing us that it stacks. Makes it much more worth it now and I just made a purchase.

Not only does it stack, but the gain is boosted by flow cap. Not hard to get to +20. +25 doable, more if you get a Doff flow cap mission reward crit.

There was about a month when the leech was nerfed to uselessness, so the OP was asking a prudent question. The plasmonic leech is good, but it really isn't overpowered anymore.
