Actually i reported this and asked if it is as intended or a bug, disruptor procs do lower disruptor resists more then they are ment to.
Disrutor procs lower all resists as stated but more on disruptor.


And as for energy weapons type, keep them the same, the dmg from using all the same consoles far far outways any procs.

Gods, I hate to add to a dead post ...

but there is a post in this thread that *shows* the Disruptor proc affects all resistances with a greater debuff to disruptor.

I'm more interested in the "-35 (base is -10)" bit.

As far as I know there is no skill that increases the magnitude of the Distruptor debuff.

I'd love to be wrong.

I assume this means that the disruptor proc now gives the same debuff to damage resistance rating for all energy types.
