That's pretty much what I want to know. After more than a year of irregular playing I will hit wnough dilithium to buy the Gal-R (which I do because I love her no matter how useless she is XD ). Now I was thinking: Will I get a discount on the Refit to get the Antimatter Spread console? Or, if they ever release the mysterious "Galaxy Pack", will I get a discount on that one?

1. If there's a sale going on, you might be able to buy them cheaper.
2. You can get a discount on a fleet ship if you already own the retrofit version of a ship.
Aside from that, sorry, no dice. You have to pay full price for both.
