# 1 No one time code

I cant play the game because I have not received a one time code although the game keeps telling me that a one time code has been sent to my E-mail address.I am pretty sure the right Email address is associated with my cryptic account,
first because I only have one Email account and second because I received the Email for season 6 but of course I cant check that because you need the one time code to use the my account button. I would be very grateful for help I have tried to open a cryptic support ticket
but for some reason that also did not work.

Well, I am kinda glad I am not the only one with this issue. I was trying to get the email for almost 6 hours in total of continous relogs yesterday. Email address is ok and spam is empty. I also didn't receive email with code to access the sec web to disable the Account Guard and give it a try. I didn't checked the Save Machine option for reason that I have better overview on the logins.

I also open the support ticket, so I hope the support team will figure out how to solve this. Kinda drives me mad since I am the one with most time atm thus earning and giving most of the dilithium to fleet projects.


EDIT: Ok, today I tried the Force verify, disable on-demand patching, set EU/US proxy and reinstal the game clean. Just in case something got wrong during the patching process. Situation report: Unchanged.

Is this also going to solved be for cryptic users? I don't really know what else I can do,I have reset my password and it worked , a few seconds later I received and Email with the reset link and reset my password than I was asked to log in , my new Password was accepted but than I was asked to enter the one time code I was told again that the one time code was sent to my Email address but it really was not.

Thouse that have this issue should contact support via web ticket system and put this ticket under Login issues. Descrybe the problem and tell them that you are not receiving Account Guard mails with one time codes at all and ask for a way to solve it. They will ask you for some info, and in a while tell you that you can go play the game. But mind the time zones if you are not US resident.

I have tried to open a web support ticket yesterday at 10:30 am US time which I think is quite reasonable,with all the Information like Email address username etc. ,after submitted it it said on the top of the Page "your ticket was successfully created" and on the bottom of the Page under "your tickets:"it said "no tickets found"(I would post a screenshot if I knew how to upload one in a forum post).
Now either cryptic support is mocking me or there is a bug in the support system

Well, it says they will respond in 3 - 4 business days if I am correct. So be patient.

Have you selected Star Trek Online under product? If not, then that may be the problem. But otherwise try wait till tomorrow and if they not respond create a new ticket.
